Pfizer’s profits have double
In it, we learn that the laboratory’s profits doubled from 2020 to 2021. They went from 8.5 billion over the first 9 months of 2020 against 18.5 billion over the same period in 2021. A sum largely boosted by the sale of vaccine which exploded over the year with 2.3 billion doses sold. The profits made are also very juicy for the company with 18.5 billion for 57.6 billion in turnover. An amount “exceptional”, explains Gilbert Cette, Professor of Economics at Neoma Business School. Thanks to the realization of this vaccine, the company should even continue to see its turnover rise.
