Harry and Meghan saw George, Charlotte and Louis again: behind the scenes of the meeting revealed

Is it really the war between Prince Harry, Prince William and their respective wives, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton? If everything suggests that their unity in this time of mourning is only a facade, it could be much more. Very close a few years ago, Harry and William have let distance interfere in their relationship since the departure of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in America and their decision to no longer be active members of the firm. Since then, the links seem to be deteriorating and the next confidences of Prince Harry in his memoirs to be published in early 2023 are not likely to fix things.

In the meantime, the two brothers have had no choice but to reunite since the death of Elizabeth II. If at the start, Harry and Meghan, present in the United Kingdom, had not planned to visit Kate and William, fate forced things. The Fab Four were therefore gathered to everyone’s surprise to observe the many tributes to the Queen, near the gates of Windsor Castle. Then it was during wakes and coffin processions that they again appeared together. But it’s not just in public that Harry and William have found each other.

As Hello Magazine reveals it, the two brothers met on the road. Prince William was walking home from school with his children as Meghan and Harry went in the opposite direction. Realizing who was in the vehicle they had just passed, Harry and William stopped the cars, backed up and chatted for a while. The parents of Archie, 3 years old and Lilibet, 1 year old, were thus able to see George, 9 years old, Charlotte, 7 years old and Louis, 4 years old. The content of the conversation is not known but given the tensions, the two brothers could have ignored each other. However, they did not.

It is necessary to believe that the disappearance of their adored grandmother has tightened the bonds. This Saturday, September 17, Harry and William, in military uniform, were present at Westminster Hall for a vigil for the coffin of Elizabeth II, alongside their cousins Zara and Peter Phillips and Beatrice and Eugenie of York. Harry and William will not spend the evening before the funeral together. A dinner, organized in Buckingham with the invited heads of state and active members of the Crown, will take place. If initially invited, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were eventually dropped from the list.
