On October 31, the famous Halloween party will take place. TO this occasion, the JT of 12/13 went to Dordogne (New Aquitaine) to visit the castle of Sauveboeuf who is about to welcome customers for this festival of fear.
Strange things are happening at the castle of Sauveboeuf, in Aubas (Dordogne) and that shouldn’t get better as Halloween approaches. Most of the decorations have taken place. This year, the theme is the Black Death and its procession of the dead. “There are details, but when you are in the cemetery or in the forest, it is darker (…) there, we will see everything”, exclaims Marion Rigal, scenographer.
This haunted castle was imagined by two sisters. All of the decorations, except a few from the United States, were put together by her two talented designers. “Christmas, it’s going to be Santa Claus forever. Easter, the bunny, while Halloween, there are all possible themes. We can go on pumpkins, Frankenstein …“, Explain Emilie Douce, one of the co-organizers. Here, there is no shortage of ideas to startle, there is something to come and measure your resistance to fear.
