(Quebec) Around fifty third-year students from Sainte-Geneviève school, in Quebec, were able to meet the Prime Minister of Quebec at his office on Tuesday, on the occasion of Halloween.
Dressed in a suit with an orange tie on which a small decorative pumpkin was pinned, François Legault distributed bags of “Quebecois” candy to the children. A student had just given him a bag of Mars bars, the Prime Minister’s favorite.
The children dressed as witches, Snow Queens and ninjas paraded in front of the cameras to Mr. Legault, who welcomed them all with a little personalized note.
This was the second time that the Prime Minister organized such a candy giveaway at his office. Two years ago, he did so, but without the presence of the media.
