The Habitat Design Awards revealed the names of the winners of the 2022 edition this week.
The ceremony, which highlights the talent of players in the residential construction of Greater Montreal, was an opportunity to reward some twenty creators and craftsmen in the sectors of architecture, interior design, landscaping and graphic design. .
The competition emphasizes the ergonomic, functional and aesthetic qualities of the projects, the multidisciplinary approach and the desire to create environments conducive to well-being.
Among the winners of the Grands Prix Habitat Design are two condo complexes located downtown, Odea Montréal (Cogir real estate) and Eleva (EMD-Batimo Group), rewarded among other things for the layout of their common areas.
The Béacité Duo semi-detached family home project (Maisons Pépin) in Sainte-Julie stood out thanks to its space planning and layout of its model home, as did Enticy Condos-boutique (Omnia Technologies ), located in the heart of Montreal.
The public’s choice goes to the Aera condo project in Saint-Constant for its well-designed living areas.
