Gwyneth Paltrow: Her 18-year-old daughter is acting up, the police intervene

It’s well known ! When you are 18, it is customary to organize evenings with friends in the absence of your parents. And Apple Martin, the daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, herself 18 years old since last May, will not say the opposite.

According to DailyMail, Saturday, August 13, the eldest daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow threw a “raucous party” at her mother’s estate in Amagansett in the Hamptons. Only downside, there were a little too many people at this evening, about fifty in all. Complaining about the noise, several neighbors called the police who intervened. According to a source who testified to Page Six : “Apple invited too many friends to her mom’s house, and things got out of control. They were partying like rock stars and making so much noise that several neighbors were furious and called the police who shut down the party.” Following these inconveniences, the police would have imposed a fine on Apple Martin. The amount of the fine is still unknown.

“If anyone had a ticket, it would be the police”

Typically, permits are issued through East Hampton City Ordinance Enforcement. However, a spokesman, who visited the house following complaints from neighbours, told Page Six : “When we got there, we found there were less than 50 people there, so they were up to code. If anyone had a ticket, it would be the police.”

However, this one-night slip does not take away from the unconditional love that Gwyneth Paltrow feels for her eldest daughter. She proved it in a message posted on Instagram on the occasion of Apple’s 18th birthday. “I am at a loss for words this morning. I couldn’t be more proud of the woman you are. You are everything I could have dreamed of and so much more. My heart fills with feelings that I cannot express with words (…) I say it all the time and I will never stop…in the words of Aunt Drew, I was born the day you were born. I love you. Mom”, she wrote in the caption of a photo of her daughter on Instagram. Fault confessed is half redressed.
