Guy Lafleur’s former property on Île Bizard has finally found a buyer, about eight months after being put up for sale for the first time.

Offered on the Londono Real Estate Group website, the luxurious house was displayed at a price of $1.695 million. At the end of August, when it was made available for the first time, the amount demanded was $2.5 million.

Located on Place du Moulin, on the shores of Lac des Deux Montagnes, the residence comprises 21,000 square feet. A helipad is also in the backyard, since the blond Demon was fond of aviation.
Built in 1996, the house has fifteen rooms, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shower room. There is also a heated inground pool.
