Their vegetables are also sold by Hop’la, the group of farmers who sell the produce directly to customers without an intermediary. The Moschlers are also present at the Oberhaslach market on Friday afternoons and at the Still market on Thursday afternoons.
Guillaume Moschler has started another production that delights housewives: vacuum-packed vegetables, in particular fries, white turnips and carrots, fresh, trimmed, washed and ready to use.
