Gueret rugby players won “the derby of the 145” this Sunday afternoon. On the lawn of the Léo Lagrange stadium, at home, they beat Montluçon, 27-15. They are therefore approaching the head of pool 16, a third of the championship.
A derby that seduced many spectators. The Cher-du-Prat grandstand was full. The Guérétois led 12-8 at half-time and were able to keep control of the match, even inflating the score to 27-8 in the 69th minute. The Auvergnats could not do anything despite a try in the last ten minutes.
Their next game will be November 13, against Mauriac.
