Fifteen years later, grief and loss are still felt on the side of his parents Laurence and Pierre and his sister Leslie. Leslie became a mother of two children, Paul, 4 years old and Jeanne, 7 months old, a beacon of hope in the life of this broken family.
After Grégory’s death, going up the slope was difficult. For Karine Ferri too, the page of the book has been turned without having been forgotten. The facilitator, in a relationship with Grégory Lemarchal at the time of his death, has rebuilt his life. Since 2011, she has shared the life of footballer Yoann Gourcuff, with whom she married in 2019 after having two beautiful children, Maël, 6 years old and Claudia, 3 years old.
Last year, Laurence and Pierre Lemarchal spoke about their relationship, which is still looking good with their ex-stepdaughter: “We are very close. She still calls us mother-in-law and father-in-law. For her part, she is lucky to have a husband like Yoann Gourcuff. He is very kind and very intelligent. It must not be easy for him to see his wife’s name constantly associated with that of his ex-boyfriend. But he’s very smart, and he loves us.“Whatever happens, Grégory Lemarchal will always be part of his life anyway.
