The nebbiolo made wine remains, and always will be, fine and muscular. The transition to a distillate amplifies it even more, a sounding board perceived here as elixirs of herbs, bitter and mellow, very convincing, provided with a well-felt sap with drive that is both fruity, spicy, but above all balsamic and a nothing wooded.
