In the series “I revisit my classics”, it must be admitted that the quality of this wine has remained unchanged here for several decades already. The Cabernet Sauvignon is very ripe here, behind its tannic texture that is both soft and tight, with just enough acidity to lengthen the spicy finish. (5)
