Three days after the signing of an agreement between kyiv and Moscow, the Ukrainian authorities want to be reassuring. Cereal exports are expected to begin this week. “We expect the deal to start working in the coming days.“, said Oleksandre Kubrakov, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure.
