It’s a beautiful culinary story, the perfect embodiment of short circuits. Agathe Bost works with her husband Sébastien at the Eurreuse farm, in Eurre in the Drôme. At his side as a “collaborating spouse” for several years, she is now a full partner since the creation of a Gaec at the beginning of the year. The Eurreuse farm, in operation for nearly 20 years, produces good goat cheeses. This small organic family farm is one of the suppliers of Jarone and Pauline Catafort, who launched a bistronomic food truck a year ago, the Agricantine. Mobile kitchen, this gourmet van moves according to the days of the week in Livron, Loriol, Allex, Pouzin, Crest or Grane. High-flying burgers, homemade fries with beef fat and above all a slew of original recipes based on fresh and local products are offered on the menu.
