Quebecois maple syrup amaretto will confuse even connoisseurs of Italian liqueur. Roasted almonds, macadamia nuts and lemon sweet clover give it the texture of a classic amaretto. Monsieur Cocktail recommends serving it over ice, with lemon juice, as an Amaretto Sour or as a lemonade with sparkling water and lemon syrup.
The pink gin is flavored with raspberry juice concentrate and pink grapefruit zest extracts, while the spritz is inspired by Italian Aperol Spritz, while standing out with a slight bitterness and an orange aroma. .
