The cider vinegars and artisanal balsamics of Surette Condiments were able to seduce the palates of international jurors in early autumn in London, with the Grand Cru late apple balsamic having won the highest distinction – three stars. The two-year-old cider balsamic and red apple cider vinegar also stood out for their “savory, astringent, vibrant and daring” taste, according to the jury.
In addition, all the products of Surette Condiments, a company created in 2017, are made only from local ingredients and apple must from Quebec. The four product line also includes apple cider vinegar and yellow maple.
