To clarify things we are in Uzerche in Corrèze. La Treille Muscate is the name of the gourmet restaurant that welcomes us. It is also the Hôtel Joyet de Maubec, a 4-star establishment that celebrates a certain idea of luxury.
Thierry Boiseaubert is the host and Florent Pocris the chef. We will discover with Florent men and women, passionate and fully rooted in their time. Many perpetuate a long family tradition but have been keen to develop the company to adapt to trends, changes in the sector, the desire to impose an agriculture that is ever more respectful of the environment.
And all have the concern to highlight the terroir with a certain pride because Being Corrézien is not nothing.
