Martina is a personality! It is also the journey of a chef of German origin that is unique in the world of gastronomy. After a career on German television, Martina Kompel got into the restaurant business some twenty years ago. She has worked in prestigious kitchens: Ritz alongside Michel Roth or Lucas Carton with Alain Senderens. Martina opened the doors of her inn to Régis Mazabraud and Fabrice Variéras and invited the producers who work with her.
