It raises funds for six health facilities in its territory – hospitals, CLSCs and CHSLDs – and finances medical projects and equipment to help improve the well-being and health of the population.

Executive chef Marc-André Royal and head chef Lindsay McLaren have designed a particularly indulgent menu for two, which begins with a parsnip velouté with pecan and sage granola, then an oven-roasted eggplant with ricotta, pesto and guanciale , then continues with a choice of duck confit pressed, Asian-style salmon trout or agnolotti stuffed with squash, to conclude with a “special Valentine’s Day” macaroon.

Wines at $70 or $90 a bottle, made to go well with the dishes, are also offered. Meals at $120 for two can be picked up at the restaurant on February 11, 12 or 13, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Le St-Urbain is sold out for Valentine’s Day indoors.
