Jonathan Marchessault had a hat trick 14:10 into the second period and the Vegas Golden Knights beat the Oilers 5-2 on Sunday, eliminating Edmonton in six games in the second round.
Marchessault first created a 2-2 deadlock at 4:26, taking advantage of a puck that deflected towards him after a shot from Shea Theodore.
