In the program : Symphony No. 33 in B flat major Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Salzburg 1756 – Vienna 1791) Composed in 1779, this symphony is one of the rare symphonies to have been printed during the composer’s lifetime. Composed in 1782 and 1783, Mass in C minor so-called high mass, is one of Mozart’s most fascinating works.
For Mozart’s Great Mass in C for choir, soloists and orchestra, the Philharmonie des 2 mondes has secured the support of four soloists Cécile Granger, soprano Ania Wozniak, alto Gilles Ragon, tenor Ronan Nédélec, baritone The orchestra will be accompanied by a choir made up of two vocal ensembles working in collaboration: – The Cap Atlantique Vocal Ensemble – The Nantes Vocal Ensemble The 70 choristers enthusiastically welcomed this musical project and have already embarked on this exciting adventure so that the emotion music is at the rendezvous, both for the singers and for the public.
