Goat Cheeses and Charcuterie

We were able to discover the exploitation “La Chevrette de Blandine” of the Gilibert family, located in Montmiral.

In the Goat, it’s like in the Pig, everything is Good!

On the menu, the must-have cheeses, from Isabelle (the mother), Charcuterie from her son Benoit, all helped and orchestrated by Pascal (the father), who this morning supervised the smoking of beech goat cheeses (a real treat, to be discovered without fail).

Benoit offers him all the charcuterie made from goat meat. Sausages, Chorizos, Merguez, Terrines… a real pleasure to discover on direct sale at the farm, Fridays from 3 to 7.30 p.m. and Saturday mornings, or by appointment.

Without forgetting the homemade Apple Juice, from Grandfather’s Apple Trees, and acacia honey from Benoit’s hives.
