To be a little more precise: Hallo’Wine is from October 31 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and from November 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Domaine Guyot in Beaune (near Parc de la Bousaise). Laure Plait will also have a stand on this occasion with the latest cheeses of the season, normally accompanied by a squash producer.

A little recipe, you say?
