Thierry Bezeux from l’Or des Valois gave us lots of good ideas to sublimate the Burgundy truffle.

The truffle, he cultivates it, in a few kinds and he transforms it into delicious products that you can find at the truffle shop in the antique district of Dijon.

It is by treating it in a simple way that it is best. A good truffle omelet or a dip of truffle butter dipped in a boiled egg… hummm!
