Gilles Verdez freewheeling on “TPMP”, he attacks Benjamin Castaldi!

Even without Cyril Hanouna, TPMP continue to please all the fans. Indeed, although the host has just granted himself a few well-deserved vacation days, this does not mean that he is abandoning the viewers, fans of his daily life. To please them, the host has chosen to entrust the keys to his “baby” to Benjamin Castaldi for the next few weeks. A “transfer of power” which does not seem to please everyone…

Or rather, which opens the doors to letting go within the team. Proof of this is with the sentence dropped by Gilles Verdez to his colleague Benjamin Castaldi, from the start of the show on Tuesday, June 28. However, everything seemed to go well between the two. The one who replaces Cyril Hanouna for the occasion challenged the columnist: “Ah Gilles, how are you my Gilou?”. “Well Benjamin and you?”replied Fatou’s companion full of enthusiasm and good humor.

“Replacement animator”

A feeling that quickly gave way to “anger” when the ex of Flavie Flament criticized the style of dress of his friend. “This outfit is a bit sad…”he blurted out before being immediately cut off by Gilles Verdez: “Excuse me, but did you see your face? We’re here, nice, you’re still a replacement animator, we come nicely and we get a cut on our outfit?”. Not enough to impress Benjamin Castaldi who retorted: “You come nicely but you get paid anyway?”.

If Cyril Hanouna’s replacement thought he could calm his columnist with this argument, it was unfortunately missed. Given that Gilles Verdez went one better: “Yes, but do you still manage to articulate three sentences from time to time?”. It was then that Bernard Montiel allowed himself an intervention to try to calm the situation which remained, despite everything, full of irony and good humor between the two “rivals” of the evening: “He would not allow himself to speak like that to Cyril Hanouna”. Fatou’s companion would then respond to his colleague by praising Baba: “Ah well when the talent is in front of me”. This time, it was Benjamin Castaldi who was not convinced by the argument: “It’s called cowardice. You are a huge and awful coward Gilles Verdez”. A hilarious sequence that made all the protagonists laugh.
