Getting bored on vacation, why we’re scared and behind the scenes of a video game

Every week, the podcast “Salut l’info!” tells the news to children aged 7 to 11, a podcast from franceinfo radio with Astrapi magazine.

On the program for this episode: a look back at the change of Prime Minister in the United Kingdom, after a lightning passage from Liz Truss to power. But what is happening in the country and why is it going through such a crisis? Estelle explains this subject to the children on the show.

On the occasion of Paris Games Week from November 2 to 6, “Salut l’info!” go behind the scenes of the brand new video game Mario and the Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. It was developed by a French studio, Ubisoft. Game producer Xavier Manzanares explains character creation on the show’s microphone.

The kids might dress up and knock on doors asking for candy this Monday: it’s Halloween! But why are we sometimes afraid? And why do we like to scare ourselves too? Our psychologist Nadège explains the mechanisms of fear in our special Halloween dossier.

Talking is always good. In our “We tell each other everything” section, Léa also asks us for advice on how to fight boredom during the holidays. We give him some ideas to escape it… but not too many!

Against boredom, nothing better than a few jokes for fun! We listen to three riddles left by the children on the answering machine of the show, which does not take vacations, on 01 47 79 40 00.

To end this holiday episode, in the Salut l’info! Club, we listen to Gustave tell us about his tastes of the moment.

Good listening !
