We had promised to register for the Pilates class at the start of the school year, but two months later the registration form is still in our office. We bought ourselves a great sports jersey to go to the swimming pool twice a week, or super light sneakers to run at the weekend, but between the rain, the laziness and the back-to-school chores, the jersey is dry and the sneakers are brand new!
However, we know that sport has (almost) only virtuesthat it allows us to maintain our body in good health and thanks to the endorphins secreted at the time of physical effort we feel a lasting well-being after a sports session.
