Spanish farmers suffocated by drought
In Spain, farmers are suffocated by drought. For two days, more than a hundred tractors have converged on Madrid. Strangled by water restriction measures, farmers are demanding an increase in aid. The war in Ukraine has already increased their bills.
Finally, King Charles III was knighted in Scotland. In Edinburgh Cathedral, the sovereign has come to establish his authority over Scotland, where royalty is no longer so popular. Protesters even chanted “He’s not my king!” to welcome him.
