Gérard Lanvin and his son Manu accomplices against Artus in Vivement dimanche

Every Sunday, viewers of France 2 have the pleasure of seeing Michel Drucker at the helm of Can’t wait for Sunday. On May 15, the 79-year-old presenter will unveil an unprecedented program with once again prestigious guests.

New personalities have indeed sat on Michel Drucker’s famous red sofa in order to discuss their projects. And comedy will be in the spotlight this Sunday thanks to Arthur and Gerard Lanvin. The 34-year-old comedian and 71-year-old actor star in the film I love what you do, in theaters May 18. So they will promote it. The pitch of this cinematography work produced by directed by Philippe Guillard? Gérard Lanvin (who plays himself) is about to start shooting a film in the south of France. And during his trip, he meets Momo Zapareto (Artus), a man who is (ultra) fan of him. He therefore does not let go of a sole to the greatest despair of the star for whom the nightmare has only just begun.

On the set of Can’t wait for Sunday, Gérard Lanvin crossed paths with a man he knew more than well. His son Manu Lanvin (fruit of his union with Jennifer), who came close to amputation at the start of the year. The charming 48-year-old brunette is a singer-songwriter and producer. And last year he collaborated with his dad for the album Down herea project born during confinement. Currently, they share the stage together to defend him. They will notably be on May 27 at the Olympia.

Theater and music in the spotlight

Guillaume de Tonquedec will come to promote the play Times Square, directed by José Paul. “It is in Manhattan, in an old New York loft, that Clément Koch invites us to the fusion of four solitudes; Beings dented by life in search of an ideal which could appear vain but will reveal itself, over the course of the narration, as a hope: that of exposing what is buried in them in order to accomplish the act of be in tune with others. Thus, the author takes us on the paths of his characters marked by wounds, fears, doubts, constantly struggling to free themselves from an oh so paradoxical isolation in this constantly moving Times Square district.“, he explains on the official page of the play which is played at the Montparnasse theater.

Finally, Michel Drucker received the composer, pianist, arranger and musical director Yvan Cassar who will be present at the “Festival de Toulouse, Concerts sous les étoiles” (which will take place from July 8 to 24). Without forgetting the cartoonist Emmanuel Chaunu.
