New investigation targeting Gérard Depardieu. It was opened after the complaint of a decorator, who accused the actor of having sexually assaulted her during the filming of the film Green Shutters of Jean Becker in 2021, the Paris prosecutor’s office announced on Tuesday March 5, confirming information from Mediapart. According to the account of this 53-year-old woman to the investigative site, Gérard Depardieu would have made numerous gravelly remarks during filming, on September 10, 2021. He would then have “caught with brutality”, imprisoning him between her thighs, and he would have “kneaded the waist, the stomach, going up to her breasts”. The reported attack was reportedly interrupted by the actor’s bodyguards.

This is the third investigation targeting the 75-year-old actor. The French cinema giant has been under investigation since December 2020 for rape and sexual assault on actress Charlotte Arnould, and an investigation was opened after the complaint of a former film assistant, who accused him of sexual assault in 2014 .
