Gérald Darmanin will withdraw his comments about Karim Benzema if the footballer “tweets” about the assassination of Dominique Bernard

Gérald Darmanin affirmed, Thursday October 19 on BFMTV, that he would withdraw his comments accusing Karim Benzema of being “in notorious links with the Muslim Brotherhood” if the French Ballon d’Or “tweetait” For “also cry” the assassination of the French teacher from Arras by a radicalized young person.

The Minister of the Interior did not give specific information to support his accusations concerning the French football international. Monday evening on Cnews, Gérald Darmanin accused the athlete of links with the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamist organization born in Egypt, after he had posted a message on “all (his) prayers for the inhabitants of Gaza who are once again victims of these unjust bombings which spare neither women nor children”. Since then, the footballer’s lawyer has announced his intention to file a complaint against the minister and other personalities.
