The deputy LR of the Lot, was the guest of the “8:30 am franceinfo” of Tuesday April 11, 2023.

Aurélien Pradié, MP Les Républicains du Lot, was the guest of the 8:30 a.m. france info from Tuesday April 11, 2023. Gérald Darmanin, League of Human Rights, end of life, Chinese manoeuvres… He answers questions from Marc Fauvelle and Salhia Brakhlia.

Policing: “Darmanin has the temptation to become an agitator in the election campaign”

“Gérald Darmanin has the temptation to become an agitator in the electoral campaign”, critic Aurélien Pradié. He denounces the way in which the Minister of the Interior behaved during his hearing in the National Assembly on the management of the maintenance of order during the demonstrations against the pension reform and against the mega-basins in Sainte-Soline (Deux-Sèvres). For Aurélien Pradié, his words are similar to “permanent provocation”.

Subsidies to the LDH: Gérald Darmanin “responds to drift with drift”

Aurélien Pradié denounces the comments made by Gérald Darmanin vis-à-vis the League of Human Rights. Heard by the law commission on the maintenance of order during the “anti-basin” demonstrations and against the pension reform, the Minister of the Interior affirmed that “the subsidy given by the State deserves to be looked at within the framework of the actions which could be carried out”. For the deputy LR of the Lot, taking his remarks, Gérald Darmanin “responds to drift with drift”. Aurélien Pradié indeed considers that the LDH “has been totally lost for a few years”denouncing for example its “fights for the defense of the burqa”. But he recalls that “in a state of law, subsidies are not allocated according to the goodwill of one or the other”.

LR: “If some have a deep desire to join the dying Macronie, let them do it”

“If some have a deep desire to join Emmanuel Macron and the dying Macronie, let them do it”, launches Aurélien Pradié to his comrades of the Les Républicains party. The LR deputy from Lot criticizes the rallies between the right-wing party and the presidential majority. He believes that by voting the motion of censure against the opinion of his party, “by not becoming small telegraph operators”he has not “not weakened [sa] political family”. Aurélien Pradié also assumes his positions during the debates in the National Assembly on pension reform.

The Republicans: differentiate themselves from Emmanuel Macron under penalty of “leaving a boulevard to Marine Le Pen and Jean-Luc Mélenchon”

Aurélien Pradié calls on the elected Les Républicains to be more vigilant about their position vis-à-vis the presidential majority: “If tomorrow Les Républicains become Emmanuel Macron’s second knives, then we leave a boulevard to Marine Le Pen and Jean-Luc Mélenchon”, estimates the deputy LR of the Lot. To avoid this, Aurélien Pradié denounces the attitude of the elected members of the National Rally during the debates in Parliament on the pension reform, accusing them of having “hidden” and to be “hidden in the shadows waiting for the rotten fruit to fall”.

End of life: “We must show no fundamentalism on these issues”

Aurélien Pradié, LR deputy for Lot, would like to see “a peaceful debate” on end-of-life issues. On April 2, the Citizens’ Convention on the End of Life voted in majority for active assistance in dying and in the process President Emmanuel Macron announced that he wanted a bill by the end of the summer. In this context, the LR deputy for Lot, Aurélien Pradié, calls on his “political friends, like those who are in favor of a move to show no fundamentalism, no intolerance”. “It can’t be a conflicting text”, believes the former number two of the LR party. He acknowledges, moreover, that on this subject his “speech has not always been appeased”but he wants her “Let it be, because this subject is too important”.

Chinese maneuvers: France “must toughen up its tone”, pleads deputy LR Aurélien Pradié

LR deputy for Lot Aurélien Pradié believes that France must “to harden the tone” against China, which conducted major military maneuvers around Taiwan for three days this weekend. He pleads for the establishment of a “clear rule”to know “no invasion of a democracy like Taiwan”. “We must remind the world and China in particular that not everything is allowed”, launches the deputy Les Républicains. He wants France not to be “not follower of the United States or China” and considers it important to position oneself, “because what is at stake here is the balance of the world”, “it is the instability of international rules”.
