The Cultiver Montréal festival, in effect since April 30, ends this weekend with various activities around urban agriculture, presented across the city. This is an opportunity to add an extra touch to the garden by getting your hands on plants, seedlings, compost or mulch, depending on the district, and to perfect your green thumb thanks to workshops and conferences on gardening. In Verdun, Le Grand Potager holds its Summer Market in the municipal greenhouses and invites visitors to talk with producers and entrepreneurs who are passionate about urban agriculture. You can also discover a variety of indoor and outdoor plants and handicrafts.
