game of seduction and caresses on muscular men!

Presented by Julia Vignali and Vincent Niclo, the thirtieth edition of Sidaction presented this Saturday March 25, 2023 on France 2 an exceptional show under the sign of Disco, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year! And it’s all generations combined that celebrities have agreed to play the game of this musical flashback, all in disco ball atmosphere, sequins and cake shovel glue, in order to collect, as every year, a maximum of donations for the scientific research. Under the presidency of Line Renaud and Jean Paul Gaultier, the ambassador of Sidaction, the stage of the Dôme de Paris welcomed Sheila, Bilal Hassani, the group Hyphen Hyphen, M. Pokora, Isabelle Boulay, Jenifer, Véronic Dicaire, Chimène Badi , Ottawan, The Weather Girls, Patrick Hernandez, The Gibson Brothers or even… Amanda Lear who, as usual, heated the room and the spirits. The repertoire of the evening? A revival medley, very “Saturday night fever”: It’s raining men, Let me dance, Copacabana, Spacer, Bravo you won, Magnolias for ever, Where are the women?, Born to be alive, DISCO, Don’t stop ’til you get enough, The last day of disco …

“My heart is now fixed and will love even more fans!”

But if all the performances were particularly neat, rhythmic and of course pop-coloured, that of Salvador Dali’s muse particularly caused a sensation because the blonde tigress, faithful to her Disco Queen image, has returned to her first love of provocation. His appearance, behind a row of muscular, tattooed men, on the title I Love YouBaby of Gloria Gaynor, as in the days of her hit songs Follow Me Or Love Your Body, did not fail to spice up the already charged atmosphere of the room!
Impossible to imagine that just a year ago, the muse of David Bowie who has always played on his androgyneity, underwent a major heart operation. On her Instagram account, Amanda Lear wrote, next to a photo of her in the hospital: “Glad we did! Heart surgery, my heart is now fixed and will love my fans even more!” Showing a broad smile, the singer, host and actress appearing in more than twenty films, therefore preferred to reassure her admirers once again this Saturday evening. Adopting of course the adage of stage people: “The show must go on!”
