Menstrual precariousness has become a political subject over the past few years, emerging from taboo. Gaëlle Le Noane, a former speech therapist at the hospital, embarked on this crusade.

The objective of his company, Marguerite and Co., is to install organic tampon and pad dispensers in schools, public establishments and businesses. Exactly as there are, without question, toilet paper dispensers.
And the idea caught on: “There, finally, it is taken into account, there are governments which are moving very quickly, like Scotland. It has been free for all Scottish women since January 2021.” Marguerite and company has already installed 900 of these dispensers. “These are free distributors found in high schools, universities, but also in companies and then in a hundred cities in France, small or large cities”, explains Gaëlle Le Noane, who set up his business with 4,500 euros of share capital. Today it employs 45 people. The company is profitable and defends a just cause.
