This is one of the most anticipated television events of the season. Tonight, France 2 is offering its viewers the Franco-Belgian mini-series And the mountain will bloom. A love story that takes place in Provence in 1837 and in which we find a multitude of talented actors, starting with Philippe Torreton, Hélène de Fougerolles or Julien Boisselier. At their side and even if it is rare on television, Anne Brochet will perform the role of Adelaide in this prestigious production. The 55-year-old actress is a discreet woman who talks little about her private life and in particular her romance with one of France’s most famous comedians, Gad Elmaleh.
The two celebrities were in a relationship for several years, before separating in 2002. In the meantime, they had a son, Noé, who has now become a handsome and tall boy who has become a model and who has notably paraded for Zadig & Voltaire. In 2015, Anne Brochet confided as rarely on this highly publicized love story and for Gala, she agreed to reveal herself. “I thought that with him I could live the casual and hushed life. He seemed pragmatic, steady, loving, cheerful, cheeky and he wanted me”she explained at the time.
My best accomplishment so far is being a mother.
Unfortunately, their romance did not last and since then, Anne Brochet does not seem to have found the man of her life. The 55-year-old actress shares her life between France and the United States where she owns a villa in Los Angeles. A single mother, she devoted herself to the education of her children, Noé and Josépha, born of a story with another man, since deceased. “To date, my best achievement is being a mother, I believe that I inspire my children”she continues, before discussing her main wishes in life: “To visit Sequoia National Park in the United States, may my book be read and my children be loved”.
Separated from Gad Elmaleh, Anne Brochet was able to keep a link with him through their son Noah and even if she confides little in their relationship, she seems to have had a great story with the comedian.
