Gad Elmaleh is back on stage with a new show, after being caught in the middle of a huge controversy over accusations of plagiarism in the past. The 50-year-old comedian, who was able to present him to the public last summer in Ramatuelle, performed at the Dôme de Paris from February 8 to 26. On his last date, the VIPs had made the trip, his family too.
Behind the scenes of his show acclaimed by thousands of spectators, Gad Elmaleh posed for souvenir photos with an audience of stars. We were able to see him accomplice with Dany Boon, who had come accompanied by his darling, Laurence Arné. There is no doubt that the discreet couple, recently seen together in the film 8 Humanity Street on Netflix, really enjoyed this moment of entertainment when the news is heavy and hard on morale, particularly marked by the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
Alongside a smiling Gad Elmaleh, it was also necessary to count on the presence of footballer Mehdi Benatia, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Elsa Zylberstein, Jonathan Cohen, Géraldine Nakache, Christophe Carrière or comedian Samuel Bambi. This new show, which will now tour in the provinces from March 10, Gad Elmaleh took the time to write it and get down to it. A show which he assures is very personal. “I approach several themes from the angle of analysis, demystification and truth“, he said in an interview with Progress. In particular, he recounts his time on the Rock, when he was seeing Charlotte Casiraghi. “Monaco was an experience, a unique moment. In my show, I don’t talk about family members as such, but about me in this universe. I was a happy observer, who had the ‘bledard’ syndrome and who was fascinated, I’m not going to say the opposite… I’m a ‘social 4×4’, I walk everywhere and I adapt“, added the comedian.
