It was in 2016 that Jean-Jacques Goldman appeared for the last time alongside the Bastards
. Indeed, the favorite personality of the French for several years withdrew on that date and has never returned to the troupe since. Anne Marcassus, artistic director and successor of the singer, also remembered the day when Jean-Jacques Goldman “announced” his departure.
In reality, the artist, now 72 years old, has not announced anything to his colleagues. But everyone understood that this was the last show with him when he sang a song during a change of scenery during the 2016 show. Something he didn’t “never did” as indicated by Anne Marcassus to Tele-Leisure on February 23, 2024.

Jean-Jacques Goldman appears in a nostalgic photo by Michaël Youn
“He sat alone at the piano, instead of the musicians, and he sang Family. All the artists, the whole team came on stage and everyone was almost in tears”she initially indicated before concluding: “We were in Bercy and there was not a sound in the room, there was silence… We didn’t yet know that he was going to stop. It was a moment that marked me.”
Since this last show in 2016, everyone hopes to find Jean-Jacques Goldman on stage, on a new album, and especially with Enfoirés 2024. And it seems that Michael Youn also dreams of it, as attested by
his publication filled with humor
published this Monday February 26, 2024. “Me with SACEM! (Les Enfoirés is this Friday on TF1)”he wrote in the caption of a photo in which the comedian appears in the foreground while Patrick Bruel, Pascal Obispo, and Jean-Jacques Goldman are located in the background. Everyone hopes to see a subliminal message.
