Steve Napoleon was arrested and later charged with various offenses related to the possession of weapons and illicit substances.

He had been wanted by the police since January, and was due to appear at the Montreal courthouse on Saturday.
According to the denunciation obtained from the Registry Department, Mr. Napoleon and two other suspects, Judicael Yamuremye and Midenx Louvensky Manigat, are charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of a prohibited large capacity magazine and possession of illegal substances.
Steve Napoleon, 19, is also charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, a Glock 19 Gen 5 pistol, “while prohibited by a prescription”.
The public relations officer for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) on duty on Saturday was not able to detail the circumstances of the arrest of the three suspects.
