Manage my choices

Valérie February, who had put her career on hold to raise her daughter, recognizes it, when launching her business she was afraid: “it’s very stressful, but today it’s easier with networks”. Valérie ended up getting started at the start of 2020, but chose not to open a store and only sell her items on social networks. She therefore launched her flea market online on Instagram, and on the Etsy network.

Online sales are not experiencing the crisis

The Mayennaise was not lacking in flair by opening her online store just before the first confinement, where she was able to prepare her photos and collect the first orders. Almost two years later “It works well”, she assures, “I sell in France but also abroad and as far as the United States”. From Saint-Pierre-sur-Orthe to New York, the Mayennaise is enthusiastic “it’s great to say to yourself that from a small village like that in the Camapgne, you can reach people everywhere”.
