Kefir, this new drink that appeared in Gironde in 2020 is an alternative to traditional drinks for convivial moments and pleasure. A seed that comes from afar but made here in Gironde by La Brasserie Parallèle, based in the metropolis in Floirac by Laurent Drège and Guillaume Soares. A drink as great as a beer, organic, delicious and good for the body.

– A deep jar, a glass bottle, a strainer and a funnel
The price of a bottle of kefir : 2.95 euros and to either buy or consume them, go to the Brasserie in Floirac (161 b, rue Émile Combes, 33270 Floirac) or the convenience stores in the area (Quartier Saint Augustin in Bordeaux), Casa Gaia (Quartier Chartrons) or in the organic stores of the Metropolis.
