Scott Laughton, Louie Belpedio, Travis Konecny and Garnet Hathaway also found the back of the net in the victory.
Samuel Ersson stopped 22 shots. The team’s starting goaltender, Carter Hart, was injured in Wednesday’s game and his condition is being evaluated daily.
Henri Jokiharju scored the Sabres’ goal, while Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen blocked 15 shots.
Laughton gave the Flyers a 1-0 lead after just 1:03 of play, on a pass from Brink. Laughton went with a wrist shot that beat the goalie above the glove.
Belpedio scored his first NHL goal 27 seconds later.
Konecny escaped and made it 3-0 at 14:57 of the first period. The attacker intercepted a pass to spin alone and beat Luukkonen on the glove side.
Hathaway redirected a Ryan Poehling pass late in the second period.
Jokiharju finally beat Ersson with a wrist shot at 2:23 of the third period.
Brink restored the Flyers’ four-goal lead midway through the third period.
