Pascal Rod came to record the show “Nouvelle Scène” at the auditorium theater of Poitiers accompanied by his team: Alain Verderosa on bass and Jean-Philippe Motte on drums. Pascal Rod has had several lives in the musical field! Last beautiful project: his EP, but Pascal Rod had before it, very beautiful experiences in collaboration with many artists of the French song.
Among his beautiful collaborations, the songwriter and performer composed the song “Les papillons” for Marc Lavoine, “A friend gave me an appointment” in a duet with Florent Pagny, “Mais elle est partie” for Gérard Darmon. Do you also know Jane Birkin’s “Il fait nuit”? Well, it is our artist from Nérignac who is hiding behind this title!
Pascal Rod has also been guitarist for Calogero, Keren Ann, La Grande Sophie and Alain Chamfort!
I’ll leave it to you: her 1st EP
During this “Nouvelle Scène” recorded at the auditorium theater of Poitiers, Pascal Rod made us discover his 1st EP entitled “Je te rire la lets”. An EP which will be released at least in January with the titles: Sticks in the heart, Making the way backwards, Miss me, Safe and sound and I leave you. All titles are composed and written by Pascal Rod, who has always enjoyed writing for years. Of course, we strongly recommend this EP to listen to without moderation!
