Frédéric’s incredible career in Quintigny in the Jura

The idea was born ten years ago: Frédéric, originally a salesman in heating and sanitation, decided to change everything ten years ago and became a farmer and baker by settling in the Jura. If the initiative is original, it was not easy to find land and quality land. The project is therefore to adapt multiple and old farm seeds on the same land. In addition to the quality taste side, these seeds make it possible to make various sourdough breads which are marketed in the organic points of the region.

As the business grew, Frédéric enlisted the services of Fabien who became his partner with his wife. Frédéric turns to the land and the couple to the bakery: the tasks are well distributed but the original spirit remains the same: Another way of life, but above all the conviction that the 3 protagonists can be actors in our territory, a living countryside in an environment they try to preserve.
