Frédéric Hervé chef of Sale Gosse

Located a stone’s throw from Les Halles, the Sale Gosse is a modern bistro that aims to be a neighborhood restaurant. The warm and timeless atmosphere, halfway between a workshop and a New York loft, is conducive to relaxation and conviviality. Here, no map, but a proposal on the slate. They serve unpretentious market cuisine, but that does not exclude anything either. The seasonal products are declined over time by the dishes renewed according to the desires of the moment. A few suggestions on the dirty kid’s slate:

Starters: Tuna tataki, wok vegetables, Asian chicken soup

Dishes: Back of Skreï cod, mashed potato with lime, Cumbawa coconut sauce, duck breast, poached apple, gourmet cereals, calvados sauce

Desserts: Banofee pie, (crumble, banana and milk jam), Rose tatin tart
