Kev Adams became, this Friday 2 and until Saturday 3 December, the godfather of the Telethon broadcast by the channels of France Télévisions, and hosted by Sophie Davant, Nagui or Cyril Féraud. The 31-year-old comedian, very involved in this cause as he has relayed it a lot on social networks, invited his accomplice Franck Dubosc to join him on the set of the show which takes place live. Curious, the host of “Affaires concluded” wants to know more about their links… And Kev Adams to answer with humor: “I met Franck when I was 14, he was already 62, I don’t recalls, at the time”. Stung to the quick by this allusion to his age, but smiling despite everything, the actor immediately draws a: “Little con!” A remark that allows Kev Adams to follow up seriously: “He was a sponsor of the Téléthon (2012, editor’s note), it’s a bit like a sponsor too in this profession, he’s someone who advises me a lot, for who I have a lot of affection for and who has made us all dream through his sketches and films for so many years.”
“I will try to live up to this challenge”
Still in the spirit of the valve, Franck Dubosc follows suit: “I’m so proud that… What’s your name again?” to mark the occasion! But to continue in a more elegant way, saying that he was proud: “That Kev was chosen for the Telethon this year, because he represents so many things for young people, for the not so young, for everyone finally . Even for me the oldest, he is an example to follow.” The circle is complete between these two comic kings who shot the film “Son” together in 2014 and who, since then, have maintained excellent relations… despite their age difference. For the time being, Kev Adams takes his role as sponsor very seriously, as he indicated at the start of these 30 hours of television programming: “I will try to live up to this challenge. To be honest, I was one of those French people who come across the Telethon every year, say to themselves that it’s brilliant and send a little money to 3637, but without really measuring everything behind it. There, I had the chance to meet those who work for research. We don’t come out unscathed…” And don’t forget to dial 3637!
