Franck Dubosc reveals an unexpected side of his personality in “Télématin”

At 58, Franck Dubosc signs his return behind and in front of the camera in his new film “Rumba la vie”, a comedy that deals with the love between a father and his daughter, in theaters this Wednesday August 24, 2022. It is therefore the day chosen by Julia Vignali and Thomas Sotto to invite the actor in “Télématin”. “Were you more technical or directing the actor?“, asked the companion of Kad Merad. “Of the two, I really do everything. I am very, very annoying. I can just before turning put a small object behind“, explained who found success with his first film “Everybody up”. And to add on this subject: “I’m focused on everything but I’m very surrounded, I have a team that’s practically the same as ‘Everyone up’, my first film“.

This is not the first time that Franck Dubosc has spoken honestly about his faults. If he mentions them there in his professional context, he also admits to committing some oddities as a father. “I wanted to talk about fatherhood because I feel guilty leaving my children to work… It’s one of the big worries in my life. Since they were little, I abandon them during filming. I wanted to deal with this subject by magnifying the line.”, explained a few days ago in the pages of TV Grandes Chaînes.

Despite the sometimes complicated or even frantic pace imposed on him by his job, Franck Dubosc does everything possible to be present alongside his family. “I take my little ones in my arms and tell them ‘I love you’. But that doesn’t mean they’ll love me more than I loved my father, who didn’t hug me“, declared the father of Raphaël (12 years old) and Milhan (10 years old) born from his union with his partner Danièle in the pages of Nice-Matin.Children can be ungrateful, and love is not something that is given and equated“, he nuanced.
