The Klurs have been winemakers in Katzenthal since the 17th century and have continued to change over the generations.
In 1999 they created a wine estate in organic and biodynamic cultivation. This area becomes over time a real eco system around wine and tourism. Quite naturally in 2017 the estate becomes a school building including a small farm, year-round rentals, vacation homes and a shared activity area geared towards wellness: Katz & co. In 2019 Elisa takes over the micro wine estate and at the same time creates her jewelry brand Tack & Glou

Die Klurs sind seit dem 17. Jahrhundert Winzer in Katzenthal und haben sich über die Generationen immer weiter verändert.
1999 gründeten sie ein Weingut in biologischem und biodynamischem Anbau. Diese Domäne wird im Laufe der Zeit zu einem echten Ökosystem rund um Wein und Tourismus. Ganz selbstverständlich wird die Domäne 2017 zur Schule mit kleinem Bauernhof, ganzjähriger Vermietung, Ferienwohnungen und einem gemeinsamen Wellness-Areal: Katz & Co. 2019 übernimmt Elisa das Mikroweingut und gründet gleichzeitig ihre Schmuckoumark & Gluckoumark
