At the end of the school year, at the time of choosing higher education, franceinfo junior is looking at a health profession: nurse. The show holds out its microphone to Patrick Chamboredon, President of the National Order of Nurses. He answers questions from students at the Robert Paparemborde college in Colombes in the Hauts-de-Seine.

At the microphone, Garance first wants to know what fascinated the guest to start his job. The guest replies that it is a job “useful, which makes it possible to make a link with society, with sick patients, with many points that improve people’s lives (…) we can do prevention, vaccinate, deliver drugs.” Shaïna for her part is interested in studying to become a nurse: “Was the studies hard?” wants to know the schoolgirl. “Was it hard during Covid-19?” wants to know Valentin. Kenza wonders what is hard in the nursing profession, especially the question of aggression.

On this page, re-listen in full to this franceinfo junior programme, recorded as part of the workshop “The writing of franceinfo junior”.
