At the microphone of franceinfo junior, Aïna, 10 and a half years old, and Dimitri, 11 years old, ask their questions to Matthieu Tordeur. Among his adventures, he reached the South Pole alone on skis, without assistance or supplies, at the age of 27, which made him, in 2019, the youngest to achieve this feat.

On the way to the first child’s question: “How did you manage to stay alive for 51 days at the South Pole?” asks Dmitri. Aïna continues by asking a question about the cold felt during this expedition. Dimitri wonders: “Have you ever been anywhere other than the South Pole?”

The opportunity for the adventurer to recount ten years of expeditions and travels, in Asia or Africa but also in America, that is to say nearly 90 countries, on very different means of transport!
